This site is all about me, adjusting to a brand new world.  I became a widow at the age of 65, after 45 years of marriage.

My blog follows my journey from the Poconos in Northeast Pennsylvania, to the much warmer climate of South Florida.  It's a new place, a new me, a new life.

I'm in a time of reflection, a time of searching.    This site began with the idea to capture my life through my husband's final illness and death.

 

Now, eight years later, it's about what came after that. I'm not the same person I was eight years ago. As you read through the blog, you'll see my progression, And maybe it will inspire you to reach beyond what you had dreamt about and find a new dream.
