Happy Anniversary No More

It's a bittersweet weekend. Our wedding anniversary is - was - September 4, and it almost always fell on Labor Day weekend. Even though we were never ones to have any major celebrations of life events, we always did something Labor Day weekend. This weekend will be empty without him.

Lisa and I are going to Lancaster tomorrow. Lancaster was our favorite vacation spot, and I want to, need to, go one more time and say goodbye to that, too. It won't be the same without Nick. But then again, nothing ever will.
